Medium Duty Channels

Wincro WC28, WC30 and WC38 are medium duty Channels which can be used with either T-head bolts or the full range of WT##C28, WT##C30 and WT##C38 Channel Ties respectively.

WC30 Channels are used mainly in conjunction with Wincro Masonry Support systems and are supplied with wavy tail lugs and filler for casting into concrete.

WC38 Channels are also used with Wincro Masonry Support systems. This channel profile is also available in plain back form with pre-drilled holes for surface fixing.

The full range of Wincro WTS and WTP Channel Ties can be supplied for use with these channel systems. They are available from 75mm projection and can be supplied with the WDS Plastic Debonding Sleeve for use in vertical movement joints.

T Head Bolts

Wincro stocks a wide range of T-head bolts, plate washers and nuts to suit all the range of Wincro Channels.

The standard bolt sizes for each channel are shown in the appropriate table below. Non-standard sizes are available on request.

Wincro T-head bolts can be inserted anywhere along the length of the channel and locked into place by rotating the head through 90o. When ordering T-head bolts, quote the diameter, type and length required. The Wincro T-head bolt range is manufactured from Grade A2 (304) stainless steel. Grade A4 (316) are available on request.
