The Wincro range of Remedial Wall Ties is intended to provide an economic repair solution where traditional cavity wall ties have failed.

WTRWT Wavy Tail Tie

For use where new/replacement brickwork is built off existing masonry. Wavy end is resin fixed back to inner leaf.

Lengths (mm): 175, 200, 225 – other sizes manufactured to order.

Standard embedment 85m

Required hole 10mm diameter.

Also available; Cranked Wavy Tail Tie (WTRWC)

WTRCC Double Wavy Tail Tie

For use where mechanical ties are not viable. Resin grouted into both leaves.

Lengths (mm): 175, 200, 225 – other sizes manufactured to order.

Standard embedment 75mm.

Required hole 10mm diameter.

WTREM Mechanical Remedial Tie

Features unique expansion system that results in low radial stresses when tying together two leaves of solid material.

Lengths (mm): 200 (45-70 cavity), 225 (70-95 cavity), 255 (100-120 cavity).

Other sizes manufactured to order.

Installation instructions provided.

Technical Information: Material specification: Austenitic Stainless Steel A2, Brass Expanders.
Note: A4 can be manufactured to order.

Accessories needed: Setting Tool, Torque Wrench, Drill bits to suit cavity construction. Full Installation instructions provided.

WTRPE PVC Expander Tie

For use when the inner leaf is of weaker, softer, perforated or low-density material and the outer leaf is good quality solid brick or concrete. The inner leaf fixing uses resin materials.

Lengths (mm): 200 (45-70 cavity), 225 (70-95 cavity), 255 (100-120 cavity).

Other sizes manufactured to order.

Installation instructions provided.

Technical Information: Material specification: Austenitic Stainless Steel A2, PVC expanders to BS2848. The PVC is impervious to mould growth drying or shrinking and resists chemical attack.
