Range of Channel Ties
A comprehensive range of Channel Ties are available for use with the full range of Wincro Channels. Channels are available for casting into concrete or for surface fixing to the face of a structure.
Wincro Channels provide positive anchorages for fixing components and allow generous tolerances for setting-out. The use of Wincro cast in channels often eliminates the need for the costly and time-consuming procedure of site drilling.
Channel Wall Ties can be supplied for use with all channel systems. Ties can be supplied in a variety of sizes for the restraint of all types of masonry and also for use in movement joint situations.
Fixing to Concrete
Wincro WTS2C23 Tie to suit WC23 Channel
The Wincro WTS2C23 range of Channel Ties are designed to provide restraint to the outer leaf of masonry and should be used with Wincro WC23 Channel.
Wincro WC23 is a shallow, light duty self-anchoring cast in channel for use with wall ties referenced WT_ _ C23. Wall ties used with WC23 Channel will provide a safe working load of 1.5kN in shear and tension. For more information on this cast in channel click here.
The full range of Wincro WTS_C23 and WTP_C23 channel ties can be supplied for this channel system (see table below). They are available from 75mm projection (and upwards in 25mm increments) and can be used with WDS Debonding Sleeve for use in vertical movement joints. Wincro WTS2C28 Tie to suit WC28 Channel
The Wincro WTS2C28 range of Channel Ties is designed to provide restraint to the outer leaf of masonry and should be used with Wincro WC28 Channel.
Wincro WC28 is a medium duty channel for use with wall ties referenced WT_ _ C28. Wall ties used with WC28 Channel will provide a safe working load of 1.0kN in shear and tension. For more information on this cast in channel click here.

The Wincro WTS2C38 range of Channel Ties should be used with Wincro WC38 Channel, a medium duty channel. Wall Ties used with WC38 Channel will be 30mm wide and provide a safe working load of 1.0kN in shear and tension. For more information on this channel click here.
Fixing to Steelwork
Wincro channel ties to WC28 Channel
A comprehensive range of channel ties are available to for use with Wincro WC28 Channel when surface fixed to steelwork. WC28 can be secured to steelwork using Self-Drilling/Self Tapping Screws or suitable coated bolts with plate washers. Isolation is required where the two dissimilar metals have contact to avoid the effects of bimetallic corrosion.

They are available from 75mm projection (and upwards in 25mm increments) and can be used with WDS Debonding Sleeve for use in vertical movement joints. Wincro channel ties to WC36 Channel
Wincro WC36 Channel is a shallow channel section that can be surface fixed to steelwork using Self-Drilling/Self Tapping Screws and concealed within a 10mm vertical joint. Isolation should be used where the two dissimilar metals have contact to avoid the effects of bimetallic corrosion.
The full range of Wincro WTS_C36 and WTP_C36 Channel Ties can be supplied for this channel system (see table below). They are available from 75mm projection (and upwards in 25mm increments) and can be used with WDS Debonding Sleeve for use in vertical movement joints.
Wincro channel ties to WC38 Channel
A comprehensive range of channel ties are available to for use with Wincro WC38 Channel when surface fixed to steelwork. WC38 can be secured to steelwork using Self-Drilling/Self Tapping Screws (WBSD) or suitable coated bolts (WBXS) with plate washers. Isolation is required where the two dissimilar metals have contact to avoid the effects of bimetallic corrosion.
The full range of Wincro WTS_C38 and WTP_C38 Channel Ties can be supplied for this channel system. They are manufactured from 30mm wide stainless steel and are available from 75mm projection. When used in a vertical movement joint situation, a WDS plastic Debonding Sleeve is supplied (WTP3C38+WDS). Fixing to SFS
Wincro WTS2C27 to suit WC27 Channel
The Wincro WTS2C27 range of Channel Ties is designed to provide restraint to the outer leaf of masonry and should be used with Wincro WC27 SFS Masonry Restraint Channel.
Designed to fix to steel studwork, WC27 Channel surface fixes onto rigid insulation and uses WTS2C27 Safe Ties to restrain the masonry. For more information on this system click here.
WTS2C27 Wall Ties are available from 100mm projection and will provide a safe working tensile load of 0.5kN with this system.

Wincro channel ties to WC36 Channel
Wincro WC36 Channel can be used as a wall extension system to secure new masonry walls to existing structures without the needs for traditionally cutting and damaging brickwork.
