Key Features

Exceptional drainage, ventilation and slip resistance is achieved with the pierced form pattern of Wincro Plank Flooring, which makes it particularly suitable for pedestrian walkways and stair treads. It is also useful where a light flooring system is required.

Wincro Plank can be specified with a range of added features to accommodate specific requirements, and is available in both high quality stainless steel 1.4301 (304) and 1.4401 (316). Options include:

  • Wide range of plank widths
  • Variable depths of plank
  • Sideplates to aid fixing
  • Available in straight and spiral stairtread form
  • Rung form for ladders
  • Sheet form

In order to achieve the most cost effective solution to meet your specification, Wincro recommends that our Technical Design Team is involved at an early stage to provide valuable advice and guidance to your project.

Fixings

Special fastening systems have been developed for Wincro Plank. These include a special fixing clip, together with countersunk head screw, which locates in the drain hole of the pattern.

Grade 1.4301 (304) stainless steel (18% chromium – 8% nickel)
Austenitic, non-magnetic. This grade is ideal for both internal and external applications where good strength and corrosion resistance are required.

Grade 1.4401 (316) stainless steel (17% chromium – 12% nickel – 2% molybdenum)
Austenitic, non-magnetic. This grade has enhanced corrosion resistance due to the addition of molybdenum and a higher nickel content. Ideally used in aggressive conditions where the risk of corrosion or pitting attack may be high.
